広島旅行一発目は広島に住んでいた友人のススメもあり、このお店を予約。
1930過ぎに入店したが、30分ほどで行列ができていた。

けっこう酔ってたので
メニュー名を覚えてないのが残念ですが、酔ってても美味しいことは
確信出来ました。
広島でいろんな店行きましたが
自分の中で一つ抜きん出た存在...
分厚め広島焼き。キャベツとそばを包むというより、筒状に乗せていく感じ。人気チェーン店で、もちろん美味しいけど、キャベツが乾き気味で、私はあんまり好みじゃないな。
初の広島お好み焼き。思った以上に小麦の生地が薄くてびっくり。目の前で作られるのを見るのも楽しいです。もっともその間でだいぶ酔ってしまいました。
