初の広島お好み焼き。思った以上に小麦の生地が薄くてびっくり。目の前で作られるのを見るのも楽しいです。もっともその間でだいぶ酔ってしまいました。
ソースの味が若干薄く感じられたので、ソースを貰って自分でかけたのですが、反対に味が濃くなりすぎました。お店の人に任せていた方が良かったです…
好みのソースのお店が好みの店になるのかなと思いました。
