■半ライス 50円
・広電 銀山町駅から徒歩で約4分の汁なし担々麺専門店。
・タレは醤油ベースの坦々ダレ。0辛を選択。
・麺はやや細めの平打ちストレート麺。
・具材は肉味噌と刻みネギ。
・店内カウンターのみの9席。
久々の〆ラーとして此方を初訪。
折角の広島なので汁なし担々麺です。
しっかり混ぜていただく。
まず麺が美味いです。
辛いのが苦手なので0辛にしましたが、やはり少しくらい痺れが欲しくなり、卓上の山椒をシッカリと入れ味変。
結果1辛くらいでも良かったかなぁ。
〆は半ライスとタレを投入し、綺麗に平らげました。
大変美味しゅうございました。
