Our store is located one street behind the tramway that a neighbor guided us to. Sushi and other seafood dishes are popular at night. As you sit at the air-conditioned counter, you can enjoy a cold oolong tea in a tumbler. I feel like I've come to heaven from the scorching sun. I had to wait for a while for the weekly special [B: Sea bream somen set meal] (990) that I had decided on the table menu. Sea bream simmered in seasoned plums is served with somen noodles, and can be served with somen soup, or mixed with a little (not too much) kabuto soup and the sea bream meat. The seasoning is also modest, making it reminiscent of the Setouchi Inland Sea. Small dish that comes with it is made with vinegared melon and Vinegared dish, and the way the melon is dried gives it a nice texture. Hand-rolled Sushi includes Kappamaki and Amberjack Tekka rolls. Even without adding anything, it has a palate-cleansing presence, so soy sauce is not necessary. The dessert, warabi mochi, is also cool.
