あくまで主観ですけど、広島の繁華街の焼鳥屋、すごく多い気がします。細い通りに２軒３軒は当たり前、しかも続々オープンしてて、それぞれ個性を出しつつ頑張っておられます。小生も新規開拓、頑張ります！
こちら「雅」さんは2016年10月のオープン。カウンターもありますが、２階には広い個室もあってかなりの席数です。
大将は別の焼鳥屋さんいらっしゃった方で、ちなみにオーナーは別にいらっしゃるそうです。
串をお任せで１０本と、サラダや厚切りベーコン、そぼろ丼をいただきました。
鶏は主に「大山鶏」を使っているそうで、もともと定評のある鶏ですからお味もなかなか。
焼きはソフトでジューシー感をうまく残してますね。中には焦げたのが好きな人もいると思いますが、小生は苦手です。
ただもう少し焼きが強くてもいいかなと思ったり。でも十分美味しいです。
〆のそぼろ丼も、量の多さに驚きましたけど、味は悪くありません。甘辛いそぼろ+卵黄の組み合わせは、やはり鉄板です＾＾
スタッフの動きも良くて接客面も上々。この界隈では人気が出そうな気がします。
