【お好み焼きの特徴は「辛口ソース」】
粘度低め生地、魚粉、多めキャベツ、モヤシ、天かす、豚肉と重ね、繋ぎとラードをかけてひっくり返す
水を加え一気に蒸し焼きしたら、時折り混ぜながらじっくり火を通し、最後にしっかりと押さえる
そばを鉄板に投入し、鉄板の中温部分でじっくりと片面をカリッと仕上げます
麺と本体をドッキングさせたら、卵を丸く広げ程よく焼き、ソース、青のり、ゴマで仕上げ
オーソドックスな1枚
食べ進めていくにつれて、辛口なソースがじわじわ効いてきてアルコールがすすむお好み焼きです
お好み焼きも含めた鉄板焼きはもちろん、炭火による炙り系、揚げ物、そして刺身やお寿司などの魚介系に至るまで、とにかく豊富なメニュー構成
そしてそれらを気持ちよく注文出来る元気で丁寧な接客
