スープが良いと聞いて行ってみる
「良いお店をみつけた」と聞き行ってみる事に。
注文はタッチパネルでメニュー内容も焼肉屋らしいラインナップ。
アカセンマイ、マルチョウ、上ミノ、ノドナンコツなどを注文して国産牛カルビなど赤身をいくつか。
赤身系は筋っぽい部分が少しあったものの決して悪くなく、ホルモンに至っては良いお肉だったと思う。
特にここはスープが良いと聞いていたので牛テールスープとスンドウブ等3品。
飲んでみてなるほど。
決してオマケのようなチープな作りではなく、出汁の旨味の効いたちゃんとしたスープ。
味が少し濃いめだが、場所が場所だけにそこはあえての味付けだろう。
週末は5時までやっているらしい。

First time here in a year. The location is near Hotel New Japan, so it's probably in the middle of Yagenbori. Order items such as Cow tongue, skirt steak, fue, red senmai, loin, liver, and overnight dried squid using the touch panel. Everything is delicious and the bill is not expensive at all. Finish with beef tail kuppa and pibimbap while also sandwiching vegetables. There are many Yakiniku (Grilled meat) in this area.
