広島旅行の際、地元の方々から愛される名店として知られている蓬莱に足を運びました。蓬莱の天津飯は、並サイズであっても通常の店で提供される大盛り相当のボリュームがあります。ネギ、豚肉、キクラゲなど、具材もたっぷりと使われています。そして、卵焼き、ご飯、餡のバランスが絶妙に整っており、一口一口を通して美味しさが持続しました。この心地よいリズムの中で、美味しさを存分に味わいながら完食いたしました。本当においしいお食事でした。
