こちらは天津丼が名物の人気中華料理店。市内に３店舗を構えており、こちらサンモール店は1972年のサンモールのオープン時から入店している老舗で何と歴史は50年以上。地元民に愛されている名店です。
『中華丼／930円』
この日は無性にチャーハンが食らいたくなり訪れたのですが、敢え無くソールドアウト。意気消沈しつつもそれじゃあと、名物の天津丼ではなく中華丼をチョイスしてみました。
10分ほどで平皿の淵までなみなみと餡が盛られているめっちゃボリューミーな中華丼が登場。写真の通り、この店の中華丼はご飯の上にオイスター風味の五目うま煮が乗る一般的なメニューとは全く違います。
大量の溶き卵にタマネギなどの細切りにした野菜が熱々の甘酢の餡で綴じられており、見た目は天津飯に近いものがありますね。甘酢餡の味付けは大変に濃いめで自分好みのジャンキー具合。
おかげさまでレンゲがどんどんと進みますが、保温機能のある餡の量がハンパないので最後まで熱々。最後までハフハフしながら頂きました。
最初はこれ食べ切れるかな？と不安になりましたが、水分が多く具材の量も控えめなのであっという間に完食。白菜、豚肉、くらげ、うずらなどの一般的な具材なら多すぎて食べ切れなくなるのかもしれませんね。
食べている間にもひっきりなしにお客さんがやって来ておりましたが、オーダーは全員天津丼！凄いなぁやはり名物なんだね。
