ＧＷ連休の狭間の平日に訪問。
平日はいつも行列。今日も行列だった。
周りにもラーメンや蕎麦など、飲食店が数軒あるが、ここだけ行列。
食券機の行列に並びチケットを買ったあと、席が空くまで行列に並ぶ。
行列はできているが、回転が速いので、他の店を探すよりも並ぶべし。
10人くらいの行列なら10分くらいで席に案内され、3分くらいで料理も出てくる。
久しぶりなので一番有名な天津飯。
客の半分以上が天津飯を頼んでいると思う。
なんせ、安いので。780円でかなりのボリューム。
味は、シンプル。ノーマルは具も少ないので、餡とたまごの味を楽しむ。
餡はこぼれるギリギリまで入っている。
蓮華でご飯を掬うと、周りの餡が流れ込んでくる。
熱そうにみえるが、猫舌の私でも食べれる絶妙な熱さ。
美味しいです。
ただ、単調な味が続くので、途中で卓上の胡椒、七味、ウスターソース等を入れてみる。
不思議と全部合う。意外とソースが一番合う。
お腹いっぱいになりました。
次はチャーハンか、中華丼を食べてみたい。
