お好み焼きそば肉玉子入り ーうまいもん屋五エ門（広島）
関西風よりも、広島風のお好み焼きの方が好きです。
たっぷりのキャベツと焼きそばを、
薄い生地で挟んだものですが、
家庭で作るのはなかなか難しく、
外で食べるなら、広島風ですね。
関西風は家でも作れますし。
広島に来たものの、日帰りの上、
ゆっくりと食事をする時間もなかったのですが、
本場の広島風お好み焼きを食べずには帰られないので、
バスセンター直結のショッピングセンター「アクア」の中の店で
ランチをとることに。
・お好み焼き そば肉玉子入り＋ネギトッピング
焼きあがったものをテーブルの鉄板の上に持ってきてくれます。
自分ではちょっと作れませんので。
キャベツとそばを、鉄板の上で十分に炒めたており、
キャベツの甘みが出ています。
ソースは、甘さを抑えているので、このキャベツの甘みとあいます。
適当に入った店ですが、大満足でした。
