焼き牡蠣はポン酢で味付けられていた。
牡蠣自体が新鮮で臭みがもなく濃厚な味わい。
これは旨いな。
ノーマルなお好み焼きも
広島満月焼きという、玉子とたっぷりの海苔とイカ天の入ったお好み焼きも、
どちらも美味かった。
出汁なのかソースなのか分からないが旨味が凄いな。
広島風のお好み焼きを初めて食べたが、
東京で食べる大阪風のお好み焼きよりはるかに良いな。
追加で頼んだ焼きそばには、
オムレツみたいに焼いた卵がのっていた。
これもやはり旨い。
甘めのソースがいいわー。
お好み焼きも焼きそばも調理されたものが提供されるが、
オーダーしてから提供まで結構な時間がかかるので、
追加注文時は注意。
