スフレ卵のオムライスビーフとマッシュルームのデミグラスソース（1,100円）
ランチで訪問。エレベータでレストラン街に昇ると、正面左側に入り口があり、吸い込まれるように入店。
中程のテーブル席に案内いただきメニューを確認すると、メインのスフレ卵のオムライスはケチャップとデミグラスのソースの違いで２種類あるが、迷うことなくデミグラスソースをお願いする。
到着したオムライスはスフレ卵のインパクトがもの凄く、まるまる大きくて、皿を動かす度にぷるぷると揺れ動くため愛嬌たっぷり。
とはいえ中身は空気がたっぷり含まれており、超エアリーでライトな食感だが、食べ応えに物足りなさあり。その分トップにセットされたクリーム状のバターと、コク深い味わいのデミグラスソースでカバー。
ソースにはサイコロカットのビーフと、ごろっと大振りにカットしてあるマッシュルームが入っており、食感の良さとともにケチャップライスにフィットして、スフレ卵との
合わせがいい感じ。
食感の珍しさはある一方、もう少し卵の弾力ある食べ応えや味わいを認識したかった事は否めない。
