Tegoya It seems that this shop mainly sells Hiroshima-produced beef tongue, which is rare in Hiroshima. I came here after hearing that they were serving Ramen for a limited time. The beef bone Ramen with beef tongue in it is very interesting. When I entered the store, there was no counter, so I was seated at a table and ordered the beef tongue and beef bone salt Ramen for lunch. After waiting a little bit, Kitayo! ! Tegoya's beef tongue beef bone salt Ramen costs 900 yen. I thought the beef tongue and beef bone salt Ramen would be served separately, but it turned out to be a bit different. Rice seems to come with this by default, and takuan, pepper, and yuzu pepper were delivered on a tray like a set. The noodles are not a specialty restaurant, but more like a Chinese Cuisine, but I guess this is fine. The soup is the most important part, but the good old style gentle salt soup has a somewhat nostalgic taste that I like. People were quick to dismiss this as saying that pepper is absolutely essential, but this is a perfect match. I personally don't like yuzu pepper, so I didn't add it at all this time. I could enjoy it just with the pepper, but I felt like I could enjoy it more with toppings. The main topping is beef tongue, but it has a firm texture, so I'm not sure if it's the best match for Ramen, but I think it's an interesting combination. I purposely left some rice behind and threw it all at once into the soup in the second half (lol). It was a perfect finishing touch to grilled meat, but it was so delicious that I ate it up with astragalus. I had completely forgotten about Takuan's existence, so without hesitation I dumped everything in there, stirred it up, and ate it all up perfectly. When I think of beef tongue, I think of it in Sendai, but I didn't know that there was a specialty restaurant like this in Hiroshima, so I wanted to try other menu items other than Ramen was Tegoya's beef bone salt Ramen. https://www.rawota.hiroshima.jp/
