場所は知っていたが行ったことがなかった店で、新スタジアムオープンに関連したTV番組で盛り上がってると聞いて、土曜の新スタジアム内覧会前に一人で徒歩で訪問。真昼12時過ぎ商店街の周囲の店はほとんどシャッターが下りてるが、ここだけは行列が出来ていた。四組7人ほどの最後尾について待つこと約30分で入店。この時間帯でここまで待つのは回転が遅いかな。並んでる間にメニューが回って来て店員が聞きに来たので葱ラーメンを注文を伝えると、直後に店員が店内に入って行ったので料理ができるか確認しに行ったのかな。麻婆豆腐などの定食が定番の店の様なので変な注文だったかな。
着席して5分程度で着丼。大き目の丼にネギが山盛り。スープは薄い醤油色で、熱々で湯気が上がる。サラッとした醤油味は塩味が強い。ネギは白ネギ細切りでチャーシュー細切りが入ってる。ごま油の香りとネギの絡みが合う。脂と醤油がネギと混じって美味しかった。
