広島市中区の広島バスセンターに併設されたフードホール・バスマチにある飲食店。
様々なアパレル・飲食店を手掛けるコンプリート・サークルの子会社コレクタスによる店舗。
バルと名乗っているだけあって、タパスやパンケーキ等、洋風メニューが多いが、和風の定食も提供する。
専用の席は無く、フードホールのテーブルを使う。
先払い制。代金を支払うとブザーが渡されるので、ブザーが鳴ったら注文した料理を取りに行く。
3種のおかずとお刺身の定食は、定食の1種。
ゴマ醤油のお刺身、今日の主菜、小鉢2つ、ご飯、汁物から成る。
刺身はその日ごとによって異なる様で、今回はハマチだった（ハマチが多いらしいが）。胡麻の香りが、刺身と意外と合うのに驚いた。
今日の主菜は、豚のビール煮だった。要するに、角煮。ビールで煮込んでいるからか、口の中でとろけて無くなるくらい柔らかかった。
小鉢は、豆腐のオクラ添え、厚焼き玉子のおろし添えだった。
店名からすると、洋風の料理しか提供出来ないと思いきや、やけにしっかりとした和風の定食を提供していたので、驚いた。
