３種のおかずとお刺身の定食（1,000円）
バスマチにあるこちらのお店にランチで訪問。カフェでありながらシチューやカレー、パスタなどの定番系に加え、ステーキやカルビ重、焼きそば、辛ラーメンなど攻めたメニューも取り揃えている中、レジ横の黒板にオススメとして示された３種のおかずとお刺身の定食をお願いする。
３種のおかずはメインの鶏天のタッカルビ、オクラとめかぶと豆腐のサラダ、かぼちゃと玉ねぎのサラダのラインナップ。本日のお刺身はハマチとメニュー表示されていたが、実際受け取ったのはサーモンの刺身。完売した代用品なのか理由は不明。
とはいえサーモンは身が厚く、薬味のカイワレやネギ、ゴマのアクセントもいい感じ。タッカルビはピリッとした辛味に加えて、味噌系か醬系かの濃厚でコクのある味わいが広がり、ご飯との合わせが抜群に旨い。
小鉢はどちらもサラダだがどちらも特徴的。豆腐はめかぶとオクラのネバネバのコンビネーションが良く、かぼちゃはペースト状になっており口当たりの良さとともに感じるシンプルな甘味と、玉ねぎのアクセントがいい感じ。
組み合わせのトータルバランスも良く完食完飲。
