厚めのふかふかの生地に、ベーコン、ピーマン、茹で玉子、タマネギ、トマトソースをトッピングして焼き上げている。
直径はそれ程ではないが、厚みがあり、具材も多いので、食べ応えがある。
濃厚レトロプリンは、デザートの1種。
その名の通り、昔ながらのプリン。
適度な硬さがあり、食べ進んでも崩れない。
大きく、食べ応えがある。

割ると中がとろとろのオムレツは、特別感を味わえる。
