ランチで訪問。店内は混雑している中、正面奥の12人掛けの長テーブルに案内いただき、着席してメニューを確認。
平日限定メニューとして、五目あんかけ焼きそば、五目あんかけ汁そば、海鮮あんかけ焼きそば、海鮮あんかけ汁そばの、あんかけカルテットが展開されている中、週替わりランチのメインが麻婆豆腐かつ30食限定の数量にまだ残量あるとのことで、すかさず週替わりランチセットをお願いする。
セットはメインの麻婆豆腐に、ザーサイ乗せごはん、スープ、サラダ、点心が付いたボリューム感のあるラインナップ。
山椒の香りがふわっと漂う麻婆豆腐は、辛味、痺れとも控えめで食べやすく優しい口当たり。挽き肉の食感とコクのある旨味が広がり、そのまま食べてもおいしいが、やはりライスにオンして麻婆丼でいただくのが堪らなく旨い。コメとの相性抜群。
海鮮のシュウマイと、ニラがたっぷり入った蒸し餃子の点心もいい感じ。
