Good place to enjoy Yakiniku (Grilled meat) at a low price
I went to Souka-san in Tatemachi, Naka Ward. The shop is located in the basement down the stairs. I was guided to my seat and looked at the menu. As it was at the entrance, it's Yakiniku (Grilled meat), but the price is reasonable. I think this price is cheap around here. Yakiniku (Grilled meat) is delicious because it is grilled over charcoal and smoked through a smoke hood. Things don't work like this at home. What caught my attention was the customer service. The atmosphere was indifferent, unfriendly, business-like, and not hospitable.

I went to Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant Souka, which only serves lunch on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. I ordered A (1,580 yen) of the Souka set, which is limited to 20 meals. It will be ready in about 5 minutes. The meats are specially selected beef ribs, premium beef loin, beef skirt steak, pork ribs, and chicken thighs. There are miso and soy sauce sauces, but there is one thing I would like to mention here. Why is there only one sauce plate? I don't know how to use them properly... I wonder if anyone, neither the store nor the customers, has any doubts about them. If you add salt and pepper, you'll need three, right? I have no choice but to eat the kimchi quickly and add miso sauce to it. The pork and chicken were a little weird, but the three types of beef were quite delicious. I didn't like either of the sauces.I thought the rice would be good since I had to pay for a large serving, but it was just average. There's plenty of seating, and it's a restaurant that's easy for even one person to enter. I'm curious about one more thing, but I'll include it in the photo. Please let me know if it is returned
