広島で土地のものを食いたいと徘徊していたら「ひろしま料理｣の看板を発見。
覗いてみたらカウンターの小料理屋風。
カウンターに座ってご主人の巧みな話術に乗って、薦められるままに牡蠣だの穴子だの瀬戸内広島の幸を次々と堪能した。
食材の良さもさることながら、ご主人の腕も冴えるのだろう、おいしいこと。
何の遠慮もせずに進められるものを全部食べていたら、お勘定もたいしたものになってしまいました。
普通に行って普通に食べたら、たぶん半額くらいで済むと思う。
次回はもう少し遠慮しいしい食べよう。
