岡山で、大ぶりな焼鳥を食べて育った私は、広島で中々満足の行く焼鳥屋さんに、出会えていません…。
今回こちらには、宴会で、初めて訪問させていただきましたが、レビューを見て大ぶりな焼鳥ということで、密かに期待していました。
最初に席に着くと、俵オニギリが山と積んであります。その後、枝豆と、もう一品突き出しが出てきたところで、スタート！
まずは、オニギリをいただきますが、これは普通の塩オニギリ…。なぜこのオニギリを最初に持ってきたか？の疑問は少し置いておき、次に出てきたのは、白肝です。ゴマ油で和えていれものですが、これは美味い！メンバーにも大好評です。
続いて、メインの串に移っていきます。まずは、つくねから、一人一本ずつ、店主の方が持ってきてくれます。
みんなの遠慮が、残って終いがちな、宴会では、ありがたい…と思いました。味は、まずまずです。
そのあとが、私にとっては問題だったのですが、続けて持ってきていただいたときに、
「ネギマです。2人で1本です。」
…耳を疑いましたが、どうやらそういうことで、間違いないようです。
今回は、オフィシャルな飲み会だったので、年配の上司も参加しており、非常にやりにくい状態になってしまいました…。
また、この辺りから、お店にお客さんが多くなり、フリードリンクなのに、全く飲み物がこない状況となってしまいました。
また、焼き物もかなり、焦げが目立つものが、平然と出され、せっかくの味付けも台無しでした。
雰囲気も、味も悪くないので、悪くはないお店だと思いますが、宴会でコースを頼まれる際には、メンバーと、人数を気にされた方が、良いと思いました。
