こちらはさる焼き鳥屋で修業されていた方が店長を務めてらっしゃいます。
焼き鳥「将軍」
今人気の白肝をゴマ油でいただく。トロッととろけながらも、油を注入しているかのようなべとつきはありません。
しつこくなく、肝の味をきちんとかもした逸品。
それとビールがまた合う。
鶏も若鶏ではなくあえて親鳥の肉を使うところが良い。
肉の噛みごたえと味は若い鶏には決してない奥行きがある。
ほかにも玉ねぎやしいたけなど一通り串焼きを食して本日は終了。
店内はカウンターが横並びにあり、その後ろには1フロアーがごっそりテーブル席。
前はジャズバーか何かだったらしく、焼き鳥屋には珍しく、日本テイストはほぼ皆無、お洒落な空間です。
自分的には和であるほどいいと思い込んでいるので、お味は大好きですが、好みの分マイナスしてます。
といいつつ、月に一回は行ってます。
