「お好み焼き じゅにあ」でお好み焼き。
肉・玉・そば （750円）。
キャベツはけっして少なくない量を使っていたようだったし、蒸焼き時間もしっかりとられていたようだったが、不思議と食べるときには存在感が希薄だった。
そばは、大栄食品の蒸し麺。もっさり感があった。
生地にカレー粉が入ると聞いていたが、自分の鈍い舌ではそうなのかどうかよくわからなかった。
葱が標準で中に入る様子。
ソースはオタフクか。
ガーリックパウダーがかかる。
カウンターテーブルよりも調理鉄板がかなり低い位置にある。そのため、お好み焼きはポータブル鉄板で出された。
ヘラは小ぶりなもの。角が丸めてもあるので口に運びやすい。
