広島滞在時のランチで利用しました。
市電通りから南に入った繁華街、国際通りに面したところにお店はあります。
週末昼13:00過ぎ、待ちなしで入れました。
注文したのは「肉玉そばイカ天入り」(1000円)。
ここはスタンダードメニューでいきました。
注文してから提供まで20分ほどでした。
麺はややパリパリで、ソースはオタフクがしっかり掛かっています。
キャベツの甘みとトッピングしたイカ天の甘みによって、全体的に甘口な印象を受けました。
コテでカットしても崩れにくいのが食べやすくて○。
バランスの取れた美味しいお好み焼きでした。
