以前嫁と娘でランチしたらしくどうしても行きたくて伺いました。
イベリコ豚の上ロースかつ定食にしました。
壁にオススメの食べ方があったので参考にさせていただきました。最初はそのままって書いてあったのでそのままかじったんだけど肉肉しく噛み切れないくらい熱いし、厚い。
塩もいい、ソースもいい。最後は出汁を入れてお茶漬けであっさりでいただきました。
