広島市中区にある餃子専門店。
黒餃子と白餃子を提供。黒餃子はニンニク使用、白餃子はニンニク不使用となる。
テーブル席、カウンター席がある。
餃子をメインとした定食等がメインとなるが、それ以外の中華料理も提供する。
焼菓子定食（白）は、定食の1種。
餃子は黒と白があり、今回は白にした。ニンニク不使用、となっていたので。
焼餃子6個の定食が690円、12個の定食が980円となっていた。
6個だと物足りないだろうなと思い、12個にした。
最近食べてきた餃子は1口というか、半口サイズが当たり前だったので、今回もそうだろうと思っていたら、結構ボリュームのある餃子だった。香辛料が利いていて、より中華っぽかった。
餃子以外に、ライス、汁物（卵スープ、）、漬物（ザーサイ）、小鉢（卵・ポテトサラダ）が提供された。
充実した内容の定食。
中国では、餃子とライスが一緒に提供される「餃子定食」というのは無いという。
餃子は元々米が栽培出来ない北部の地域の主食・おかずで、日本でいうと主食とおかずを同時に食べるおにぎりみたいなもの。
「餃子定食」だと、おにぎりをおかずにご飯を食べる感覚になるらしい。
そんな事もあり、中国の餃子は皮が分厚く、日本人がイメージする餃子とは全く異なる料理だとか。
