久しぶりの出社時、昼飯に寄ってみました。「壽ゑ廣」で「すえひろ」と読むそうです。
日替わり(?)定食っぽい水餃子定食を注文。最近は焼き餃子よりも水餃子の方が好きなのですよね。きくらげがいいアクセントになって、餃子もたっぷり肉厚でジューシー。正直、チェーン店っぽくてあまり期待していなかったのですが、意外に美味しい～。
調べてみると、1996年広島のカフェからはじまり、「永斗麺」、「猿々楽々」などを展開する「コンプリート・サークル」という会社系列だそうです。言われてみるとたしかに「永斗麺」っぽい雰囲気あるかな。「永斗麺」のラーメンもすごく美味しいので納得。夜飲みにも寄ってみたいです。
