土曜日の昼過ぎ、ランチタイムを少し外した午後2時ごろに伺いました。
琥珀色の魚介スープが売りのお店のようで、外から見る限り、「都会的な」「お洒落な」「あっさり魚介系の」ラーメン店の雰囲気です。
客層は、（たまたまその時だけかもしれませんが）私がしっかり平均年齢を上げてしまってそうなほどに若い人がほとんどでした。食券を渡してしばし待つと、魚介がしっかり香る「ふぐらぁ麺（990円）」が到着。
ふぐの身で作ったレアチャーシューの他、鶏チャーシューと半レアの豚チャーシューも一枚ずつ。丼に半円を描くように彩る筍。スープは魚介を邪魔しないような塩系で、高級なおだしを飲んでいるような一品でした。
990円という値段は、この趣の違う3枚のチャーシューと琥珀色のスープなら、納得です。
新宿の「はやし田」というお店にルーツがあるようですが、都会にはお洒落なお店があるもんだなぁと思う、田舎者の一広島人の感想でした。
