I went to Hiroshima on a business trip that day. Recently, I have been coming to downtown Hiroshima for work more often. The nightlife in Nagarekawa is amazing, and there are many shops in downtown Hiroshima, so I personally like the streetscape. My childhood friend happens to live in Hiroshima, so today I went to this restaurant that she chose. She brought me to this recently opened restaurant, which she said is her favorite. The interior of the restaurant has a stylish bar-like atmosphere that is perfect for girls' nights and dates. The counter seats have a lively atmosphere. There is also a second floor, which is a spacious space that can be used for banquets. It seems to be used a lot for wedding after-parties and parties! The menu is mainly raw Oyster and Chinese food, which are typical of Hiroshima. I was excited by the original and interesting combination. First of all, the appetizer is shaved Parmesan cheese! It can be eaten as is as a snack with alcohol, and it's interesting to put it on food to change the flavor! I had never thought of it like that. It's amazing. Raw Oyster are cheap at 299 yen each! The meat is firm, rich and plump! Hiroshima is amazing! Lol There are various sauces and toppings to change the taste, so it's a great place for Oyster lovers. I ate 10 by myself lol I thought the Chinese menu was the classic, but I was impressed by the attention to detail! The menu items that were out of the ordinary were all intriguing with their names and photos. The green pepper and pork stir-fry was made with roast beef, and I was excited from start to finish. I tried a variety of dishes, and they were all incredibly delicious! The mapo tofu was probably my favorite! It's been a while since I've been interested in different dishes, so I ate until I was full. They serve a lot of pretty-sized small plates, so it's nice to be able to eat a variety of things! Many women like to eat a little bit of everything. I thought the price would be quite high at the end, but we stayed for 2 and a half hours and it was about 9,000 yen for two people! Isn't this really good value for money? I'm extremely satisfied! I have a feeling this will become popular in the future! It was a restaurant with an interesting concept! I'd like to use it again when I go on a business trip. Thank you for the meal!
