「沖縄料理 新垣家」で昼食です。
１１時２０分頃に店に到着、店内に客は多かったです。
しばらく待つのかと思ったら、カウンター席の客が帰ったので入れ違いで座ることができた。
沖縄そばが目当てだったのですがメニューを見ると、
色々と沖縄料理が食べられる新垣家御膳１６５０円を発見、これを注文。
注文からできあがりまで３０分でした、とても長かった。
途中、もしかして注文を忘れているのかと思ったが無事に注文した新垣家御膳が出されてホッとした。
新垣家御膳の沖縄そばを見てがっかりした。
そばが４本しか入っておらず、具材はネギのみとなっていた。
メニュー写真には器一杯のそば、シーサーのカマボコ、錦糸卵入りなんですけどね。
その代わりとしてどうかわからないが日替わりのソーメンチャンプルが山盛りとなっていた。
ソーメンチャンプルが好きな人であれば嬉しいのかもしれませんが、
にゅう麺とか温かいそうめんが嫌いな自分には、もう嫌がらせとしか思えない・・・。
ソーメンチャンプルを食べると、ソーメンが汁を吸って膨張している感覚がやはり苦手。
まるまる残そうかと思ったけど、基本出されたものは食べるスタイルなので嫌々我慢して食べた。
ソーメンチャンプルじゃなくてゴーヤチャンプルーだったら文句なかったんだけどな。
沖縄そば、そばが４本なのでよくわからなかったけど、つゆは美味しかった。
混ぜご飯は食べやすい味付け、海ぶどうはプチプチ感が良かった。
ミミガーのコリコリ感も良かった、モズクは普通、
島ラッキョは少し酸味があり食感が良く味噌ダレと良く合っており美味しかった。
天ぷらは、そのままでも味があるが、軽く塩を振った方が食べやすかった。
ラフテーは味付けが抜群に良くトロトロ食感で柔らかくて美味しかったです。
ジーマーミ豆腐はみたらしのようなタレで食べるのですが弾力のある食感と味がたまらない。
新垣家御膳は不満もありますが予想外に美味しかった料理もあったので、トータルで考えると普通。
今回、ラフテーそばセットを食べていたら値段と味に大満足したような気がする。
