Since you are alone, you will naturally have to sit at the counter. First, let's talk about bottled beer. Oh, there's Akahoshi. The appetizer is edamame and cabbage. Let's grill the skewers right away. Orders start from one piece at a time. Do the following in order. Old bird Kashiwa, salt. 210 yen. It's not hard for a parent bird, but rather has a pleasant texture. The amount of salt is perfect. Local chicken negima, salt, 280 yen. Although it is a local chicken, it feels softer only after the parent chicken. Heart, salt, 150 yen. It's my personal favorite part. Hand-kneaded meatballs, sauce, 220 yen. It seems to be one of their signature products. The inside is moist and the minced meat is delicious. Sabi-yaki, salt, 240 yen. It has a lot of wasabi. Add soy sauce to this. Delicious. White liver, salt, 270 yen. This also has the perfect amount of salt. It also comes with wasabi soy sauce, so you can change the taste. There's nothing to say about the appearance or taste. Seseri, salt, 180 yen. This is a great size. It has a perfect texture, neither too hard nor too soft. Homemade potato salad, 320 yen. All of the skewers were delicious, so I ordered them with high expectations, but they were pretty average ( ̄▽ ̄;) The total cost for two Akahoshi was 3,310 yen (tax included). This was the best yakitori restaurant I've used recently. The clerk's sister is also very energetic (* ̄∀ ̄) If the potato salad was good, I would have given it a 4.0 (* ̄∀ ̄)
