Ichibancho plate (1,100 yen) Visited for lunch. I visited the store right after it opened and was the first one in. There were no customers in front of me, so the staff told me to go wherever I wanted, so I took a seat at a table in the back of the store. The lunch menu includes beef sagari Steak, vegetable lunch, pasta lunch, and beef cutlet lunch, and while I was having a hard time deciding which one to go for, I decided on the Ichibancho plate, which bears the restaurant's name, and read the code on my smartphone to order. The set comes with rice, miso soup, salad, and a drink, and I ask for grapefruit juice for the drink. The plate features beef, pork, and chicken grilled with homemade delicious sauce all in one place, with a hot spring egg standing by in the center. Each part is stir-fried with a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) sauce, and the fruity sweetness similar to yakiniku sauce and the spicy spiciness of chili pepper are effective and go well with rice. When you break the hot spring egg, the yolk coats the spiciness with a mellow coating, releasing a rich flavor. The chopsticks moved forward, and I finished it in no time, enjoying the differences in texture and taste of each piece of meat. The meat is naturally delicious, but the side dishes such as broccoli, zucchini, and king king mushrooms are also exquisite. This also goes great with rice. The potato salad that came with the salad was also a nice touch.
