日替りランチ（おろしハンバーグ）（700円）
ランチで訪問。５食限定のオムハヤシライスを狙って入店するも残念ながら終了。平日限定のステーキランチにしようと思うもこちらも終了したとのこと。13時過ぎの時間帯なので仕方ない。
かかる中で日替りランチをオーダー。月曜日はおろしハンバーグでご飯に味噌汁、小鉢、サラダのセット。本日の小鉢はきんぴらごぼう。
ハンバーグの上には大葉が敷かれ更に上にたっぷりの大根おろしが乗る。まずはそのまま頂くと、弾力のある食感の中から程よい肉汁と旨味が広がり、シンプルでオーソドックスな味わいが旨い。
ポン酢をかけて頂くと、酸味が加わるため味に深みが増すとともに、さらりとした口当たりで後味がすっきりする。
加えて付け合わせの品も秀逸で、ポテトサラダは酸味と甘味のバランスが良く、ハンバーグやご飯など全てにマッチする。またパスタにかかっているソースがラタトゥイユ風で、バジルのアクセントが効いて抜群に旨い。
コスパ良く味のバランスも良いお得ランチで、食後はセルフながらコーヒーの無料サービスあり。
