中区本通にある焼肉ホルモン酒場 たかちゃんへ行ってきました。
カウンター席に座り、人気Ｎｏ．１だというたかちゃんセットを注文。１０８９円でした
ホルモン酒場というくらいだからテッチャンなのかなと思ったが、サガリが看板商品なようだ。
先にライスとキムチナムルにスープが来ました。
お肉もすぐ来るのかなぁ、と思ったが５分ほどして到着。
ライス持ってくるの早すぎないか？結構冷めちゃったけど・・・
お肉はサガリ・カルビ・トントロの１５０ｇ。量的に１５０ｇ以上ありそうだ
早速焼いていきます。無煙タイプのロースターなのか一度に入れても安全ですね
お肉自体は値段相応、ごく普通ですね。たれが味噌としょうゆとあるがこれも可もなく不可もなく
ご飯は固いですね。おかわり自由で美味しいご飯って中々無いなぁ
それとカウンター席ですがロースターが大きいのか奥行きが狭いのか
ご飯とかがロースターの手前に置けないのが不便。
混み合ったら隣の人と場所取り合戦しそう（笑）
大衆居酒屋に寄せているなあという印象でした。
接客とかもお肉の焼き方やトング使ってとかの説明も無いので、
そういうコストを最小限に抑えて提供してるんだろうなぁと感じがしました。
安価でお肉とお酒を楽しむにはいいかと思います。
