「本通 地鶏 居酒屋 作」は、その名の通り地鶏を使用した料理を中心に提供している居酒屋です。
特に印象に残ったのは、地鶏を使用した炙り焼きでした。この料理は、炭火で表面をパリッと焼き上げることで、地鶏本来の旨味を閉じ込める技法が光ります。
店内は和のテイストが感じられる落ち着いた雰囲気で、温かみのある照明と木材を基調としたインテリアが、居心地の良さをさらに高めていました。
炙り焼き地鶏は、外は香ばしく、中はふっくらとしていて非常にジューシーです。炭の微かな香りが肉の味わいを引き立て、それにピッタリ合う特製のタレがまた絶妙。ひと口食べるごとに、地鶏の新鮮さと質の良さが感じられます。
接客も非常に丁寧で、スタッフの皆さんが料理や食材について詳しく説明してくれたのが好印象でした。お客様とのコミュニケーションを大切にしている様子が伺え、居心地の良さを感じました。
