久々の広島、この地へ来たならばお好み焼きは外せない、ということでググってパトロール。徒歩圏内で複数のお店がヒットするが、何れも近所か同じビル。ならばと偵察しつつ、ビルの上階など歩き回って、お目当てに入店。こんだけ並ぶと迷うしね。
結果、繁華街にあるビルの「お好み焼き村」を知れたし、期待通りのお好み焼きがいただけて良かった。
オーダーは、焼酎の水割りと、幾つかのアテに、ねぎ焼きと広島スペシャル。カウンターのみの店づくり、いかにもな感じが良さそうです。
青菜の漬物イイ感じだし、お豆腐も普通に美味しいですね。スターターには十分なクオリティ。
空いてるからか、大将の調理が丁寧な感じなのはメリット高し。鶏の軟骨焼き、鉄板の素揚げでカリカリ食感、期待通りボリボリした噛み心地が好みで旨い。
広島カープファン、ほぼほぼ阪神ファンと同じだなぁ、TVを見ながらの会話、熱量がハンパない。
お好み焼きダブル、それぞれ中身も外側も楽しめるけど、ボリューミーこの上ない感じで、美味しいから食べ尽くすけど、最後はお腹がパンパンです。
