Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) lunch with fried egg topping (830 yen + 80 yen) Visited for lunch. I took the elevator up to the third floor where restaurant was located, took off my lower legs, and entered the store. I sat down at a table with an iron plate and checked the menu. Among the various Okonomiyaki bases lined up, I was drawn to the subtitle of ``Hiroshima's first ultra-thick noodles'' and ordered Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) lunch. Ask for a fried egg as a topping. Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) arrived with a sizzling sound from behind. The food is cooked in the kitchen and kept piping hot on the griddle at the table. First of all, I'm surprised at how thick the eyes are, as the subtitle suggests. It's certainly a very thick size for Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles), and it looks delicious, and the fried egg topping has an impact. It also has a good sense of presence. The ingredients are simple, just pork and squid, and raw cabbage is spread on the bottom, but the cabbage becomes soft as the noodles heat up. The noodles have a slightly al dente texture and a firm, chewy texture, making them filling and delicious. It has a slightly sour taste that goes well with the light and slightly sweet sauce. The soft and smooth yolk of the bowl of half-boiled fried eggs is the best. This comes with rice and miso soup and is very satisfying.
