街ブラしたオフ日。
お肉の看板を見てしまったらお腹の欲求には逆らえません。
中に入り一人だと告げると、カウンターのお好きな席にと言われたので一番端に。
カウンターはL字で奥にテーブル席があります。
注文したのは
『レアステーキランチ シングル（909円税別）』
ご飯orパン、スープ、サラダがセットになっていてご飯の大盛りは無料です。
厨房のコンロが目の前だったので肉を次から次へ焼く光景がずっと見てられた。
フライパンで焼いた肉はすぐには切らずに皿に置いて肉汁を落ち着かせてる様子。
3分程でサラダとスープが運ばれてきました。
イタリアンドレッシングと粉チーズがかかったグリーンサラダとコンソメスープ。
ちょうどサラダを食べ終わった時にステーキ登場。
鉄板皿ではなく平皿です。
せっかくのレアに火が通り過ぎないのでそれでいいと思う。
ご飯も平皿で大盛り。
肉の端から食べてみると筋が硬い。
最初の一口目を飲み込むのに時間かかった。
脂身のとこが少し臭みがありました。
熟成肉なのかな。
真ん中辺は柔らかい。
ソースは少し酸味があり、もう少しペッパー感が欲しかった。
お箸で頂いていたのですが、ナイフとフォークもあるので途中で使いました。
最後の方は特に小さく切って味わう。
さぞ上品に見えたことでしょう。

付け合わせのポテトフライは塩がよく効いてた。
ソースに浸しシットリしたのもまた旨し。
提供も早いし気軽に肉を食べたい時には良いお店ですね。
