ハラミステーキランチ（1,250円）
ランチで訪問。店奥のテーブル席に通していただきメニューを確認。ステーキメニューの中からハラミステーキランチをオーダー。サラダ、ライス、スープが付くセット。
ステーキに備え付けられるフライドポテトはキャンセルして、その分サラダを大盛りにしていただくようにお願いする。無理を聞いて対応していただき感謝。
ポテトがない分、皿上は少し寂しい感じがする一方、肉量は200gなのでボリュームはしっかりある。加えて葉物のサラダも、ポテト代替のボリューム感が盛り盛りで嬉しい。
少しレアなハラミは、柔らかさと同時に程度な弾力のある歯応えを楽しめる食感で、噛み締める度に肉の旨味が広がる。しっとりした口当たりで、和風ダレっぽい味わいの中にあるほのかな酸味がマッチするとともに、ライスとの相性が抜群でめちゃくちゃ旨い。
相応にある肉量もちょうど良く、肉の旨味をリーズナブルかつ存分に味わえる。
