昼呑み2軒目。
並木通り近くまで歩き、涼しそうなお店に入りました。
カウンターのお好きな所へと案内され、一番奥へ。
カウンター上にはキープ酒と枡が並び良い雰囲気です。
ちなみにお手洗いは男女別になっており、すこぶる綺麗でした。大事な事なんですよね。
『わつなぎ 徳島産すだちサワー（505円）』
苦味がなくスッキリとしていて柑橘の良さが出てました。
『杉玉ポテトサラダ（384円）』
これは前情報無しで目の前に置かれたら驚きです。
カプセルを割ってコロンと皿に出してスプーンで崩して頂きます。
子供のような遊び心があり、味は大人向け。鮨屋ならではの「アレ」が味の基盤に。
青海苔がびっしり付いてるのでデートの時はご注意をw
『ピリ辛鶏皮せんべい（439円）』
揚げ油の魚臭が気になりました。一瞬「魚の皮だっけ？」とメニューを見返しました。
『王道3貫（384円）』
15種類の中から好きなネタを3貫選ひます。アジ、イワシ、イカにしました。
アジが裏返しの盛り付けで変わってるなと思い、でもよく見たら皮引きを失敗した物でした。これは回転寿司でも出さないでしょう。ボロボロで生臭さもあり残念。
お鮨は全て赤シャリでお醤油がコクがあるのでネタに寄って合う合わないがハッキリします。
全体的にリーズナブルで常連さんも一見さんも楽しめるお店だとは思います。
