お店一押しの「おばんざいランチ」をいただきました。
ヘルシーでおいしい料理がこの店のコンセプトらしい。
オーダーすると，メンチカツ，コロッケ，魚から１つお選びくださいとのことで，魚をチョイス。
ご飯も白米or玄米のいづれかとのことなので，玄米に。
出てきた料理はちょっとずつ9種類がワンプレートにもられ，見た目もきれい。
あれ，選んだ魚がないなあと思ったが，食べてわかったが，揚げ物の中身のことだったらしい。魚のすり身？だったよう。
トマトスープは生姜がしっかりきいていて，トマトというようり生姜スープといった感じで身体の中から暖まってきた。
おばんざいは量は少ないがたくさんの味が楽しめてどれもとがった味付けでないので，おいしくいただけた。
一度食べただけで腸内が健康になるはずはないが，食べ終わってヘルシーな気分になれました。
おばんざいの内容が定期的に変化するようならまた行ってみたい。
