料理研究家黒田千晴女子の監修による料理を提供。
「身体に優しい料理」をモットーとする。
店内は奥行きがある感じで、席数は多い。テーブル席・カウンター席がある。
一部のテーブルは、樹皮が残ったままの木材を足にしていた。
ランチ・ディナーは1階だが、団体客の場合、上の階の部屋も利用出来るらしい（要予約になると思われる）。
総菜や弁当の販売も行う（弁当は要予約）。通信販売もあるらしい。
営業時間は11時から22時。定休日は日曜。
おばんざいランチは、当店が提供するランチの1種。
人気No.1のメニューだという。
9種類のおばんざいの盛り合わせに、ご飯（白米か美人玄米）、スープが付く。
おばんざいとスープは日替わりらしい。この日のスープはトマトとしょうがのスープだった。
メインは、メンチカツと魚のコロッケから選べる。今回は魚のコロッケにした。コロッケというと、通常ジャガイモを使うが、当店のはおからを使っている様らしい。ボリューム感溢れるコロッケだった。
おばんざいはいずれも1種ずつが丁寧に調理され、彩りよく盛られている感じ。塩を極力使用しないようにしているからか、味付けは薄め。ただ、ハーブやスパイスをしっかりと使い、味付けの薄さをカバーしている。
