玄人的お好み焼きジュゲム
広島でお好み焼きと言えば、有名なのはみっちゃんとか八昌とかですが。。。
今回は、中町にあるジュゲムに行きました♪
お好み焼きの前に、一夜干しホルモン、砂ずり、ハラミを焼いてもらって♥
鉄板の上に、アルミを敷いて、その上にキャベツ、その上に焼いたお肉を乗せて、飲みながら頂きま～す♪
そして、お好み焼き！
シンプルにそば肉玉のダブル卵
キャベツに天かす、豚肉～
おススメの大葉を入れてもらって、ネギもたっぷり！
こんなんなりました♪
マヨネーズはお好みで。
茹でたてのそば入りで、ふんわりしていてボリューミー♥
お好み焼きに大葉を入れるって意外だったけど、それもとっても合って美味しかったです！
