近くの鶏専門店はこの時間でも閉店。
他にこの時間しか食べられない所はないかなと思い出したのがこちら。
閉店時間はわからないが13時以降はいつも閉まっていたので気になっていたお店。
お好み焼きは2日連続だがｗこの機会を逃したくないのもあって来店。
2組の来店客がいたので店主から
「テーブルをどうぞ」と言われたが鉄板で食べたい旨を伝えるとOK。
本日は夜飲み会があるので注文したのは肉玉そば850円。
10分程で到着。
特徴は野菜はほぼ蒸し焼き。
そばはラードを付けてふみちゃんみたいにしっかり広げて焼くスタイルで魚粉、あと出汁に何か白い粉ｗが入ったりと割と下味を意識している様子。
で、仕上がりのソースは過去一薄めなので下味とのバランスなのかなと。
の割には提供されるお水はジョッキサイズというｗ
全般的に旨味を意識した一枚はかなり好み。
店主のお母さんらしき方が来店時の「お疲れ様です」や「お水はまだありますか？」などの配慮。
さらに帰りには「いってらっしゃい」と何気に嬉しいお言葉をかけてもらえるのも魅力。
現金のみで閉店も早いがまた行きたいお店。
