広島電鉄袋町電停から徒歩1分のパークサイドビルの地下1階にある「アル・マンドリーノ」さん。
1978年開業、運営は有限会社泰伯(2000年設立、代表取締役:中山千果子氏】
親会社はBlue Sky Frontier 株式会社【航空機部品製造業、代表取締役:中山文宣氏】
「アル・マンドリーノ」さんの旧店名は「レナウンミラノ・アルフィオ」さんでしたが、随分前に「レナウンミラノ」さんというチェーン店グループから脱退された様です。
「レナウンミラノ」さんはアパレル企業のレナウンの戦後創業者である尾上清氏が興したイタリアンレストランのチェーン店でしたが、株式会社レナウンが経営不振から破産→清算してしまい、「レナウンミラノ」さんも無くなってしまった様です。
現在の「アル・マンドリーノ」さんは2019年の改装時に2代目シェフとしてイタリアで修行経験のある村上裕哉氏を迎えました。
店内はオーセンティックな世界観の内装で、なかなかの雰囲気があります。
パスタランチ(税込1,350円)をお願いしました。
サラダ、紫芋のスープ、自家製フォカッチャ付
メインのパスタはカサレッチェ・海老とポルチーニ茸のラグー【追加+600円】を選択したので、お会計は1,950円でした。
カサレッチェ・海老とポルチーニ茸のラグーは海老の甘みとポルチーニ茸の旨みがしっかり感じられる煮込みソースがS字型のパスタに絡んで濃厚さを楽しむことが出来ます。
サラダや紫芋のスープ、フォカッチャはシンプルで最近の流行りとは少し異なるレトロな風味でした。
しかし私でもボリューム不足だったので、ドルチェ【+400円】まで食べないと物足りないかもしれませんね。
