自家生産してるキャベツが売りの花ちゃんですね。
時期があるんだけど生産時期に訪問すると美味しいお好み焼きが食べれます。
こちらのお好み焼きは際立った特徴はないんだけどベテランの店主が丁寧に焼きます。
キャベツの甘さを引き出してて味の一体感がある優しいお好み焼きですね。
一緒に頼んだナポリタン焼きそばはパスタ麺のかわりに焼きそばの麺を使うものでした。
これは想像通りの味でした。
粉チーズが欲しかったな。
卓上調味料として岡山の激辛ソースが置いてあります。
辛いばかりじゃなくて甘さも感じられる美味しいソースです。
