焼き手さんに脱帽です
ほぼ満席の店内をお一人で回していらっしゃる
忙しすぎだろう（○_○）！！
と、思うのですが
この女性の焼き手さん、流れるように作業をされて１人セッションを見てるかのよう
肉玉うどん 850円
生地を丸く広げ上にどっさり置いたキャベツは、
瑞々しくて美味しそう
幅は5ミリくらいなのかな太くも細くもなく、手切り感あるキャベツです
このくらいの幅のキャベツが私は一番好きだー
てっぺんに乗せた豚バラがペラペラじゃなくて、少し厚みがあり食べ応えありそーう！
出来上がったお好みを鉄板からいただきます。
柔らかめでふんわり系のお好み
なのにヘラで切っても崩れにくく食べやすい。
キャベツがあまーーい( ´∀｀)
でもくたくたになってる甘さではなくて、
キャベツの歯ごたえも残っており
なんというか絶妙な仕上がりです
ソースの量も丁度よかった
