何もかも最高とあったので行ってみました。
夕方でしたが激込み状態で入れ替わるカタチで席へ着きます。
ビールセット（1600円）にしました。現金支払いのみです
内容は生ビール・付き出し・鉄板焼き・肉玉半そばです。
鉄板焼きは選べるので牛味噌ホルモンにしました。
店内はよくある大衆的お好み焼き屋っぽいですが、
インバウンド客はもちろん若い女性が多いですね。何かバズってんのかな？
ビールはグラスがキンキン、付き出しは冷奴でした。うーん豆腐かぁ
牛味噌ホルモンは野菜も多いがホルモンもしっかりありました。焼き立てなのでアツアツ
「お好み焼きすぐお作りしましょうか？」と聞かれすぐお願いしました。
お客さんの食事具合を見ながら調理ペースを判断しているみたいですね。良いっすね♪
仕上がる前にお皿か聞かれたので”お皿！”と即答。ヘラ使わないお客さん結構いました
半そばとあったが一枚は通常サイズですね。
ソースは軽くなんで控えめな味付け、卓上に一通り用意されているので好きに食べれます。
明らかに忙しいのに終始笑顔と挨拶を欠かさないのは高評価なわけだと納得しました。
このお店行ったら2軒目もういいやってなっちゃいますね。
