肉玉そばイカ天トッピング（850円＋100円）
ランチで訪問。手前から奥に伸びるカウンター、および左奥のテーブル席ともに店内は満席状態。とはいえ、ちょうど入れ替わりのタイミングよくカウンター席が空いたため後片付けを待って着席。
メニュー表を確認し、肉玉そばをイカ天トッピングでオーダー。鉄板かお皿かの提供方法の確認が店員さんからあり、急いでいる状況もあってお皿でお願いする。
15分程で到着。早い。お皿に乗ったお好み焼きは艶々のソースと細かくひと口大にカットされたヘラの挿しこみが特徴的。
到着時はソースのみかかっている状態であり、卓上にある青のりや白ゴマ、マヨネーズ、一味などでカスタマイズしていく。追加のソースもある。
全体的にふっくらしつつ水分多めの仕上がりで、麺はもちもちとしま食感、きゃべつやもやしなどの野菜はクタ感のある口当たりで、少し甘味のあるソースとマッチする。時折やってくるイカ天のコクと味わいがいい感じで旨い。
途中でも調味料を追加してカスタマイズを楽しみながら完食。白ゴマと一味唐辛子の風味がソースに馴染んでいい感じ。
